D1,pick you up from Dali Airport,visit Dali Old town,guided in old town of Dali;
D2,Half day Dali Cangshan mountain trek in the morning,in the afternoon cycle from Dali around the Erhai Lake to the East side of Erhai Lake,Live in Sky Sea Lodge.
D3,Cycle from Sky Sea Lodge to Jizushan Mountain,very tough. 70 Kms,Live in Farmer’s Guesthouse in Jizushan Mountain Town.
D4,Jizushan Mountain Trek,8 Hours,very tough.Go back to Sky Sea Lodge by small van.
D5,Rest in the morning and take small van with bikes from Dali to Lijiang,guided touring in the old town.
D6,Lijiang one day cycling,visit Yuhu village,Baisha Village,Shuhe Village and the countryside of Lijiang city. Live in Lijiang old town.
D7,Lashi Lake one day cycling,visit some Yi and Naxi minorities villages on the top of mountains,Zhiyun Lamasery,very tough.
D8,Cycle from Lashi Lake to Tiger Leaping Gorge town,visit the first bend of Yangtze river.
D9,Tiger Leaping Gorge Trekking.
D10,Tiger Leaping Gorge Trekking. (Total 25 kms trekking for two days)
D11,Cycle from the middle Tiger Leaping Gorge to Qiao Tou Town,25 kms and take small van to Shangri-la old town. Guided touring in this old town.
D12,Cycling to Songzanlin Lamasery,the biggest Lamasery in Yunnan.
D13,Visit Pudacuo National Park,No cycling,easy day.
D14,See off to Zhong dian Airport and ends the 14 days long and Hard trip.
